Warranty and Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority!

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. Please understand that if there is no quality problem, it will not be returned or replaced.

Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

The customer needs to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page. If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us

Return Conditions
  1. Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety - return items cannot be accepted if the liner is removed. (Please try on your Customaket items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.)
  2. For hygiene purposes, worn clothes cannot be refunded, unless there is a quality issue.
  3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  6. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  7. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for accessories.
  8. We will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense when Customaket is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
  9. Please note that purchases made with coupons cannot be returned or exchanged. If you made a purchase with a combination of a coupon and regular form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.

How to Reach Us

Contact us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. After confirming all the details, the Customer Service team will provide you with our return address.

* Note: We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return and exchange shipping must be made at your own cost. To ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.

Compensation time-frame

For returned items, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Paypal account refunds: Between 3-7 business days

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
